氫氣對全腦缺血再灌注損傷保護作用的研究,是氫氣領域神經系統損傷保護方面研究最多的,其中發表論文數量最多的是南京軍區總醫院麻醉科段滿林教授實驗室,主要開展用氫氣生理鹽水注射保護四動脈結扎全腦缺血再灌注損傷。

最近,該課題組再次發表一篇論文,從線粒體損傷角度,證明氫氣對腦缺血的保護效應,主要從線粒體電位、線粒體通透性轉換孔開放、細胞色素C、電子顯微鏡和光學顯微鏡觀察等研究方法,并采用腦室內注射蒼術苷(線粒體通道抑制劑?)。研究結果發現,氫氣生理鹽水能有效保護全腦缺血引起的腦組織損傷和線粒體的病變,說明保護線粒體損傷可能是氫氣保護全腦缺血的原因。
